These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the client) and Strafe (ABN 79 763 867 613), operated by Charlie Cumming, a sole trader based in Sydney, NSW. By signing a service agreement or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Strafe provides AI voice receptionist services for local businesses. This includes:

  • Building and configuring a custom AI phone agent for your business
  • Hosting the AI agent on our platform (GoHighLevel)
  • Providing a dedicated phone number for call forwarding
  • Call answering, lead capture, and appointment booking
  • Access to a dashboard showing call transcripts, summaries, and contacts
  • Monthly performance reports

Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that the AI will handle every call perfectly, but we will work with you to continuously improve performance.

2. Pricing and payment

  • Setup fee: $500 AUD (one-time, due before work begins)
  • Monthly retainer: $499 AUD per month
  • Minimum term: 3 months
  • Payment method: Bank transfer to BSB 067-872 / Account 2668 2501 (CommBank)
  • Invoice terms: 14 days from invoice date
  • Late payment: A $25 late fee applies after 7 days overdue

Strafe is not registered for GST (under the $75,000 threshold). Prices shown are GST-exclusive.

We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 14 days overdue.

3. 30-day guarantee

Our guarantee

If your AI receptionist fails to capture a single lead in the first 30 days of going live, you pay nothing for that month.

The guarantee applies to the first full calendar month of service and requires that:

  • Call forwarding is correctly configured to your Strafe number
  • The onboarding form has been completed accurately
  • At least one genuine inbound call has been received during the period

The guarantee does not apply if call forwarding was not set up, or if the account is suspended due to non-payment.

4. Fair use policy

Each monthly plan includes:

  • 400 calls per month
  • 1,200 minutes of call time per month

If your usage exceeds these limits, overage charges will apply at our cost plus 20%, billed at the end of the month. We will notify you if you are approaching your limit.

5. Cancellation and term

  • The minimum contract term is 3 months
  • After the minimum term, you may cancel with 30 days written notice via email to hello@getstrafe.com.au
  • Cancellation within the minimum term is not permitted except in cases of material breach by Strafe
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Strafe reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, abusive use, or breach of these terms

6. Client obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information via the onboarding form
  • Set up call forwarding to your Strafe number as instructed
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your business details, services, or pricing
  • Not use the AI to mislead or deceive callers
  • Ensure your use of the service complies with applicable Australian laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the AI system

7. Liability

Strafe provides its services in good faith but is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue or business opportunities arising from AI errors or downtime
  • Calls that are not forwarded due to incorrect client setup
  • Third-party platform outages (GoHighLevel, Twilio, OpenAI)
  • Incorrect information provided by the client in the onboarding process

Our total liability to you in any month is capped at the amount you paid for that month's service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual property

  • Strafe retains ownership of the AI prompts, configurations, and workflows we build
  • You retain ownership of your business information and brand
  • Call recordings and transcripts belong to you as the client, with Strafe retaining the right to use them for service improvement

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
